Overview

For any issue that needs account verification (payments, access, refunds, order issues), please submit a ticket.

Steps

  1. Open the Help Center.
  2. Click Submit a Ticket.
  3. Select the correct category (Payments, Access, Orders, Community, etc.).
  4. Add your registered email and phone number.
  5. Attach screenshots (error message, payment reference, order page, etc.).

Troubleshooting

If you do not receive a reply, check your spam/promotions folder for ticket emails, or add our official email to your safe sender list.
