Overview
For any issue that needs account verification (payments, access, refunds, order issues), please submit a ticket.
Steps
- Open the Help Center.
- Click Submit a Ticket.
- Select the correct category (Payments, Access, Orders, Community, etc.).
- Add your registered email and phone number.
- Attach screenshots (error message, payment reference, order page, etc.).
Troubleshooting
If you do not receive a reply, check your spam/promotions folder for ticket emails, or add our official email to your safe sender list.
