Overview

For user security, the system may temporarily lock access if it detects unusual activity.

Steps

  1. Try Forgot Password and reset your password.
  2. Wait 15–30 minutes and attempt login again.
  3. Try a different browser or incognito mode.

Troubleshooting

If the restriction continues, submit a ticket with your registered email/phone and a screenshot of the message.
