Your email/phone is used to locate purchases and grant access. Changes must be handled carefully.

Steps

  1. Submit a ticket with your current registered email/phone.
  2. Share the new email/phone you want to update to.
  3. We may ask for purchase verification to protect your account.

Troubleshooting

Do not create a second account unless support asks you to. Duplicate accounts commonly cause “course not visible” issues.
